LOCATION
The studio is located on the 4th floor of a building with a lift (guests will need to walk up one flight of stairs to access the lift) in Sheung Wan. It is completely brand new and features a hotel-quality double-size Serta mattress, a video-on-demand cable box, and a wide range of amenities. Our serviced apartments are conveniently located one block away from Sheung Wan MTR Station. In total, we have two units of this type, located on the first and fourth floors of the building.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Sheung Wan was one of the earliest areas settled by the British. Today, the neighborhood offers a unique blend of East and West. Situated on Jervois Street, you’ll find traditional herbal medicine shops alongside dried goods stores. In recent years, Sheung Wan has continued to evolve, with many trendy restaurants opening nearby, all within a 5-minute walk of the apartment. Whether you are visiting Hong Kong for leisure or business, our Jervois Street units are an ideal place to stay—just 3–6 minutes from the MTR station and around a 10-minute walk to Central.

Before you move in
Check-in & checkout
Upon booking confirmation, an email containing access codes and instruction guides is sent to the tenant for self check-in at the property, reducing non-essential face-to-face interaction with staff.
When checking out, with our concierge in place, tenants have the option to be present during the checkout room inspection with a staff member, or to check out and receive real-time updates via WhatsApp or email.
Cancellation policy
- Notice of cancellation for whatever reason must be done in writing.
- Tane Residence shall not be responsible for cancellations, change of dates or postponement of stay for any reason including health reason, professional reason and personal reason.
- Deposit payments are non-refundable.
House rules
- All of the properties of Tane Residence are strictly non-smoking.
- It is not permitted to make any addition or alteration to the premises or the fixtures and the fittings or electrical wiring and installations therein without prior written consent from the landlord or manager.
- Unless previously consulted and agreed in a written form by the management, pets are not permitted in the property.
- The use of the premises shall exclusively be for residential purposes.
