Central is Hong Kong’s business and financial district, glass towers and bank headquarters, dense and fast-moving, with some of the city’s most exclusive shopping close by. Our building sits in the older, quieter Gilman’s Bazaar corner of it, with the MTR putting the rest of the island and the harbour crossing close by.
The building and the studios
Our Central building is a walk-up on Gilman’s Bazaar, a short walk from Central MTR, with studios and one-bedroom units mixed through it, from HK$15,000 a month, and no agency fees.
Every unit comes furnished with a hotel-quality mattress, a kitchenette with cooking utensils, cutlery and tableware, a TV with Netflix, a fridge, an electric kettle, a microwave, a hairdryer, air conditioning and heating, and complimentary wifi, with weekly cleaning and linen and towel change included. Laundry pick-up and drop-off is available for an extra charge.
