Causeway Bay
Causeway Bay is Hong Kong Island’s densest shopping district, department stores and malls packed in around Times Square and Fashion Walk, more than a dozen malls within five minutes, high-end and everyday retail side by side, plus a dining scene covering local food, Japanese and Western. It’s one of the best-connected parts of the island, with the MTR on the doorstep.
The building and the studios
Our units here are spread across three buildings, Pearl City Mansion, Lai Yuen and Jardine, about a minute from Causeway Bay MTR and mostly lift-accessible. Studios run HK$10,500 to HK$18,000 a month, 100 to 300 sq ft.
Every studio comes furnished with a hotel-quality mattress, a kitchenette with cooking utensils, cutlery and tableware, a TV with Netflix, a fridge, an electric kettle, a microwave, a hairdryer, air conditioning and heating, and complimentary wifi, with weekly cleaning and linen and towel change included. Laundry pick-up and drop-off is available for an extra charge.
