Prince Edward
Prince Edward sits at the edge of central Kowloon, one stop from Mong Kok. It’s known for Goldfish Street, the Flower Market and the Yuen Po Bird Garden, alongside a spread of everyday local shops and eateries. Our building is on Poplar Street, a quiet street away from the busiest of it, a few minutes’ walk from all of it.
The building and the studios
Our building here is a walk-up about five minutes from Prince Edward MTR station, holding twenty studios across five floors, four types on every floor, from HK$10,500 a month.
Every studio comes furnished with a hotel-quality mattress, a kitchenette with cooking utensils, cutlery and tableware, a TV with Netflix, a fridge, an electric kettle, a microwave, a hairdryer, air conditioning and heating, and complimentary wifi, with weekly cleaning and linen-change included on every studio. Laundry pick-up and drop-off is available for an extra charge.
