The Ritz-Carlton is ushering in summer with a brand new afternoon tea set featuring desserts and artisanal French cocktails made with St Germain Elderflower Liqueur. Highlights from the menu include foie gras sandwich with St Germain duxelles and coconut passion fruit and St Germain verrine. From now until September 13, you can enjoy the summer-inspired menu while taking in the sweeping views of Victoria Harbour. You also have the opportunity to redeem the St Germain Gift Box at a discounted price, so you can make your own spritz cocktails at home. The tea set is available daily, starting from $418 for one and $698 for two.

The Langham Hong Kong
The Langham is celebrating its 155th anniversary with a series of summer happenings including a garden-themed afternoon tea. Served in a proper picnic basket, the tea set includes a selection of sweet and savoury bites including foie gras terrine, mango and kiwi shortcake and freshly baked scones. The afternoon tea available starting from July 1 and is priced at $398 for one and $688 for two.

Cookie DPT has partnered up with Café Gray Deluxe for a delectable afternoon tea this summer. The set features three new creations from the much loved cookie brand, including an Earl “Gray” Cookie – a nod to the restaurant name, mini red velvet cupcake and the brand’s first savoury treat, a sabatino black truffle cheddar biscuit. The afternoon tea is served until July 31 and will set you back for $285 for one or $480 for two.

Kerry Hotel has launched a picnic-inspired afternoon tea to celebrate the warmer weather. In tandem with the nature, outdoorsy theme, organic and locally grown produce takes the centre stage of the tea set. The menu features ingredients like local mushroom, sustainable Boston lobster and fair trade chocolate. The afternoon tea is available until August 30 and is priced at $628 for two.

W Hong Kong has launched a new ‘Fuel Up and Detox’ afternoon tea set featuring a range of sweet and savoury delicacies inspired by Asian wellness traditions. Classic afternoon tea staples like crostini and strawberry custard tarts are revamped with Chinese yam, snow fungus, butterfly pea flower and more. The tea set is available until August 31 and is priced at $244 for one and $488 for two.

For savoury items, guests can look forward to the prawn and lobster choux and homemade foie gras terrine with apricot brioche. Wrap up your afternoon tea experience at the dessert counter for some freshly made waffles, souffle and crepes suzette. The afternoon tea is available every Wednesday to Sunday and priced at $596 for two on weekdays and $656 for two on weekends.
