Mong Kok
Mong Kok is one of Hong Kong’s busiest and most recognisable districts, built around the Ladies’ Market, Sneaker Street and the shopping malls that have grown up around them, including Langham Place, which brings in a wide range of international restaurants. It is a district where street-level trade and modern retail sit side by side, one of the busiest parts of Hong Kong to be based in, with the MTR at the doorstep for getting anywhere else.
The building and the studios
Our building here is a newly renovated walk-up with a rooftop terrace, less than a minute’s walk from Mong Kok MTR station. It holds 19 studios in total, of which seventeen are currently listed here across floors 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, from HK$8,500 a month. Every studio is self-contained and comes furnished with a hotel-quality mattress, a kitchenette with cooking utensils, cutlery and tableware, a 32-inch HD TV with Netflix, a two-door fridge, an electric kettle, a microwave, a hairdryer, air conditioning and heating, and complimentary high-speed wifi. Weekly cleaning and linen-change are included on every studio. Laundry pick-up and drop-off is available for an extra charge.
